Villa France Trausse Minervois
Terms & Conditions

The property is let by the week from Saturday to Friday nights inclusive; any booking on a different basis must be agreed and confirmed by us in writing. The rental period begins at 4pm on the first day of the booking and terminates at 10am on the last day. Only guests specified on the booking form may stay overnight.

Rental includes Villa des Rosiers and its contents, use of the pool and terrace, pool towels, pool furniture, barbeque and private parking if required. Bathroom towels and bed-linen will be replaced on a weekly basis. Reasonable cleaning at the end of your stay is included but the cost of any necessary cleaning considered unreasonable will be deducted from your damages deposit. Electricity is included and a ‘Welcome Pack’ comprising some basic food essentials is also provided.

Bookings must be made following the procedure outlined in the ‘Prices and Availability’ section. No booking is valid until receipt of the appropriate deposit has been confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable and must be received within seven days of the initial booking request.

The full payment balance, plus the damage deposit, must be received not less than six weeks prior to the commencement date of the rental period booked. If this payment is not received by the appropriate date then the booking will be cancelled by the owners and the deposit retained. Cancellations by guests must be made in writing or by e-mail. Should a booking be cancelled after final payment has been received, the balance less costs will be refunded if the property can be re-let for the same dates. The damage deposit relates to Domaine des Figuiers in its entirety and guests are obliged to advise the owners of any problems, faults or damages immediately they become aware of them.

Should, for any reason, the Villa become unavailable for dates which have been booked, the owners’ maximum liability will be the return of all moneys received relating to that booking.

The owners shall not be liable to the client for any damage, loss, injury, or inconvenience suffered by or to any of the clients’ party, their possessions or vehicles during their rental period.

The owners shall not be liable for any interruption in the supply of power, resources or public services to the property and any consequential loss of facilities or amenities.

Under no circumstances shall the owners have financial liability beyond the rental cost paid by the client.
